Clear Engineering Services provides a complete Engineering package from concept through design, completion and certification. We work with you to ensure your project is designed and constructed with as little impact on your day to day activities; we take the stress out of Engineering.

On-Going Projects
1. Relocation of Existing house to an alternative site. Our client bought his dream site with one problem, there was already a house on the site. We designed plans which have been consented by local council to relocate the house onto a different site in a higher wind load region.
2. Design and Construction Monitoring of a 10 Unit Apartment Block (two storey).
3. Design and Construction Monitoring of the renovation of an existing dwelling to incorporate additional space.
4. Design and Construction Monitoring of an existing dwelling extension, adding a second level.
5. Design and Construction Monitoring of the remediation of a Commercial Building, bringing the building up to 66% of current Building Codes and Standards.
6. Design and Construction Monitoring of repairs to private dwellings following 'Act of God' event (Earthquake, Storms, Floods) to ensure that the dwelling is re-insurable.
7. Design of a timber deck around an above ground swimming pool.
8. Design of a dwelling renovation, lowering the basement to allow for sufficient head room to incorporate an additional habitable level to the dwelling.
